We are currently seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant for our property in Phoenix, AZ. The Administrative Assistant would assist in managing the office, staff and handle duties for upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Job Duties include:

  • Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
  • Assist in training staff members and new hires
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • Greet visitors as needed
  • Work closely with management in creating a team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of ELS
  • Make photocopies and send facsimiles as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year of office experience
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to details
  • Computer proficiency required, Word and Excel preferred
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to handle the sales traffic
