We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Regional Administrative Assistant at our Phoenix Regional Office. The Regional Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to two executives by managing calendars, maintaining files, planning meetings and events, preparing presentations and working on ad hoc projects.

In a role supporting a multi-state region, successful candidates will:

  • Write reports and business correspondence
  • Update and maintain sales license records for Region
  • Coordinate travel for Executives and managers
  • Supervise and instruct part-time, temporary help as needed
  • Listen and assist community personnel; be able to direct them to proper department when needed
  • Plan and coordinate Regional Manager summits
  • Maintain Capital Expenditure files and records
  • Coordinate compliance with Human Resources, Risk Management and Accounting policies and procedures


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant position is preferred
  • The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, vendors, customer and the general public
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Above average ability to perform word processing and data entry into spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Experience with working with Google drive, Gmail
  • Must possess knowledge of sending and receiving email and retrieving information from the Internet
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in residential property management a plus
